What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your account and click "Order History".

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, view order history, and view warranty information for your product. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How long do custom necklaces take?

As indicated on the product page, they take at least 30 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends.

If it has been more than 30 business days from the date of your order, please submit an inquiry stating your order number and we will be happy to update it.

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

How long does it take to respond to my email?

Most emails receive a response within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday), however please allow up to 48 business hours during peak seasons and sales.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Check your junk, spam or promotional folder. It is very likely that it is there.

Otherwise, an incorrect email was provided and you will need to contact us.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.

If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@bislamic.com as quickly as possible.

When will the items be restocked?

Allah knows best. We cannot predict the future. Delays can happen and things can happen out of nowhere. Life is unpredictable sometimes.

So we are reluctant to give an estimated time of arrival, we don't want to disappoint you.

Is an item missing from your order?

In the unlikely event that your package contains missing items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Do you have Afterpay/Zippay/Klarna?

No.

These payment options don't actually benefit businesses or our customers (in the long term), as they encourage negative financial behavior, have usury, and that is haram.

And we would like to see our community prosper financially, so we have decided not to use any of these BNPL payment methods for the time being.

¿Cuál es su política de envío?

Bislamic is currently operating with our standard shipping processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, has left our facility, or is in the carrier's possession.

We offer free shipping in Spain on all orders of €70 or more.

Do they make international shipments?

We currently ship to Spain, France, Germany and Belgium. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the cart in the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations. We will continue to launch shipments to other regions. For updates, subscribe to our email list or follow us on X (Twitter).

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes may apply for international orders outside of Spain.

We suggest checking your local customs/government website for more details.

Do you offer free shipping and returns?

For orders from Spain, we offer free standard shipping on orders over €70.

Express options are also available at checkout.

Free returns are available on unsold/discounted items; Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy?

All products purchased from our website can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.

Please include your product serial number and full return shipping address in your message to us, and we will issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipping in the original Bislamic packaging. Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers will follow the reseller's return policy. Bislamic does not accept returns or exchanges on Bislamic products purchased from other retailers.

Tracking shows it was delivered but I don't see it

We recommend taking a look at your order confirmation to make sure the shipping address looks correct and checking in with the people at your location to make sure they don't accidentally snag your package.

Can I return items?

Most items can be returned, but some cannot.

Can I exchange an abaya that doesn't fit me?

Due to high demand and low stock, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

Instead, kindly submit a return request and once approved, you can repurchase the preferred size.

My order does not qualify for a return, what can I do?

Please email us at support@bislamic.com and we will do our best to obtain a return for you.

How quickly can I get my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.

How do I change my password?

You can request a new password by clicking here and selecting “Forgot Password” where you will be asked to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the Shopify company that takes care of this. Your data is completely secure.
